about the author

Sandee Trabold resides in Fairport, New York with her husband Chris. Together they have three grown children and two dogs. Sandee’s love for nature and animals shows in the stories she has created. But it is her sense of humor, for which she gives credit to her father for passing along, that contributed to her latest story. Sandee has a master’s degree in Computer Science and a long career in software development and application support. Yet her passion will always be in developing her ideas into entertaining and meaningful children’s stories.

Sam wakes one night to hear a frightening sound coming from his parents’ room. Realizing it is only his father’s snoring, Sam tries everything to muffle the horrible noise. In the end, he finds a clever way to sleep through it.

Shweta Kapur

Signing: Posture Town

Saturday, March 4,  signing time TBD

Sunday, March 5,  singing time TBD

about the author

Shweta Kapur is a physical therapist and a clinical researcher. Her work as a clinical researcher has been published in multiple international scientific journals. She strongly believes in Robert McKee’s quote “Storytelling is the most powerful way to put ideas into the world”. She believes that this quote becomes even more powerful when we are talking about the world of kids. This belief, along with a passion to help alleviate pain, was the inspiration for her first children’s book. Her goal is to help the kids throughout the world be mindful about practicing good posture.

This book teaches kids about the importance of correct posture in a fun and engaging way and helps them take the first step towards leading a pain-free life.  With a quick trip to meet the residents of Posture Town, the book explains in an interesting and relatable manner to your child the importance of standing straight and tall.

Julie Preis

Signing: Angels Adore You

Saturday, March 4,  signing time TBD

Sunday, March 5,  singing time TBD

about the author

Julie Preis began her career as a Family and Individual therapist in 1988. She began incorporating Pranic Healing into her work in 1995 after witnessing a miraculous healing in her daughter as a result of the work. Pranic Healing is a specialized "off-the-body" natural healing technique that utilizes Prana or “Life Force Energy” to treat a spectrum of illnesses. She has achieved remarkable results as a certified Pranic Healer.

She is a proud wife and mother of three wonderful children. Her family and faith are the two highest priorities in her life. She is on personal mission to help others recognize their own spiritual nature and to see that they too have the ability to heal others.

A gift from the Angels. This inspired little book reminds us that we are all beings of light. As children of God we are always under the watchful eye of the angels. This delightful little story encourages readers to let go of worries and fears and have faith in the divine helpers who are here to love and guide us. May the Angels live in our hearts.

Liora Paniz

Signing: Miss Lynnie The Librarian

Saturday, March 4,  signing time TBD

Sunday, March 5,  singing time TBD

about the author

Liora Paniz has known Miss Lynnie the Librarian her entire life! With her mom, a school librarian, as the true-life inspiration, Liora has developed stories beyond the four walls of a library to take her readers into neighborhoods near and far. Using her globally inspired interests as the backdrop to every adventure, Liora sends Miss Lynnie with a trunk full of books that will ignite the imaginations of all.

A deep appreciation for books and storytelling has spanned the generations of her multi-cultural and diverse family, so it is no surprise that Liora has chosen to become an author. In every story she writes, Liora imparts the values gained from her own childhood experiences of being respected and trusted to lead her peers notwithstanding her age; and honors the uniqueness of diversity and the importance of inclusivity.

Miss Lynnie is a traveling librarian who zips around in her red convertible with her trusty four-legged sidekick, Eleanor. When third grader Abby sends a letter telling Miss Lynnie they are studying the pyramids of Egypt, and asks her to come to Roosevelt Elementary School, Miss Lynnie and Eleanor hit the road! There is no shortage of action when the reader meets Ammon, whose courageous adventure in an Egyptian pyramid includes stopping tomb robbers and rescuing ancient artifacts—ALL ON HIS OWN!

As always, Miss Lynnie has the perfect book, if only she can find it, in what is definitely no ordinary trunk! Follow Miss Lynnie for an adventure  full of time-traveling magical twists and turns. This is the first book in the globe-trotting Miss Lynnie The Librarian series by author Liora Paniz.
