ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Gretchen Day is a children's book author and a journalist. She is a mother of two, and she loves exploring the world with her family. As a child, Gretchen saw her mom, a molecular biologist, at work, and it created a lifelong interest in learning and asking questions. She hopes Olivia's story will encourage children to learn about the world around them, and to find confidence in themselves.
