- We recognize that ordering books on the internet, sight unseen, requires trust. If you’re not satisfied, simply return the book(s) in its original condition within 14 days of when the item was delivered, and we’ll refund you for the full amount of the book(s). Shipping costs for the original order are not refundable. We cannot be responsible for items stolen from your delivery address that were properly shipped and/or for properly shipped items that were sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout.
- You must notify us of your cancellation at orders@sbgpublishing.com . You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. You must send the item(s) back to us no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your cancellation, by following the instructions we send you.
- Returned books must be in new, unused condition. When the return is received, you will receive credit back to the card used to purchase the books.
