ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Zachary Jefferson is an elementary school social worker, a novice piano player, an amateur Vincent Van Gogh look alike, and has a lifetime of experience as a redhead. He has also spent time as a homeless liaison, inclusion coordinator, and Peace Corps Volunteer. Zachary works largely with self-regulation and mindfulness, especially as a way of responding to and coping with trauma. In his free time, Zachary is a summer camp counselor and is pursuing his LCSW.
